Meet Cynthia Altkin

Cynthia has almost 20 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker with Douglas Elliman in the luxury markets. Cynthia combines knowledge, experience, and vision to drive and maintain her status as a top producer. She is a certified home stager and is a member of the Tripodi/Shemtov Team, ranked top three in sales on Long Island and in Queens, for over a decade.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Cynthia attended the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her ability to create and share a vision for any space has been a driving force behind her long-standing success.

During her time with Douglas Elliman, Cynthia has formed and maintained close relationships with sellers, developers, and executives both on Long Island and in New York City. Her hard work and reputation have allowed her to expand client connections and conduct sales nation-wide.

With years of experience selling luxury waterfront properties in the Barrier Island, Cynthia has a deep knowledge of the needs of buyers, sellers, and investors. As a New York City native and resident, she understands the needs of her clients amongst the fast-paced and ever-evolving housing market.
