Yes, very diplomatically. Gil will do whatever it takes to sell a house. I brought him a project – a 63-year old home that my mom let go as she aged. The inspection revealed big things, expensive things, that needed upgrading. We went through six unsuccessful offers, as a result. I became concerned, so when the seventh offer came in, I felt desperate to take it – as is. But Gil convinced me to push just a little further, and we came away with a few thousand dollars more. Gil has an intuitive sense for when to push and when to stop. He is persistent, in a helpful way, and enthusiastic. I was afraid, at one point, any realtor would walk away from this house sale. But Gil doesn’t know the word “failure.” For that I am grateful. Gil will be your realtor and your ally if you choose to hire him. And I highly recommend you do."
